All our jewelry is handcrafted by Indian artisans, so slight irregularities may occur- this adds to the uniqueness of each piece.

Please Note:

-We do not offer returns or refunds once an order is placed
-We only offer exchange or store credit in special cases
-Store credit can be used only on the Silent Tales Jewelry website

Exchange Policy

-We accept exchanges only if:
-You received a wrong product
-The item arrived damaged
-The product has missing parts
-There are quality issues

Important Guidelines

-Exchange requests must be made within 7 days of delivery
-Requests after 7 days will not be accepted
-Exchanges must be initiated through the provided exchange link
